I gave this book a 5 star rating, as I did with the proir 5 that I read. The story telling reminds me of a Clancy or a Robbins, always leaving you wanting to read just one more chapter before you turn in for the evening. That being said, I was quite taken back by the lack of a good copywriter, that should have caught the errors concerning mistakes like: their vs there, use vs used, missing words in sentences so you could fill in what you wanted. To me, errors like that are uncalled for and detract from the story as I go from following the story to looking for mistakes. It is a great series and I look forward to reading the rest of this series.Product details

As always, a good read although I didn't find it to be as good as the others.
It was nice to have Kimball reveal his human side with regard to Sister Abby. The other parts of the story were a bit redundant.
Kimball Hayden doesn't skip a beat in quashing a neo Nazi revenge plot to kill the Pope. The intensity has continued from the first Vatican Knights story.Hope the next one comes sooner than later.
I hope this is not the last of this series. I have enjoyed this story line since the first book of the series about the Vatican Knights. There is so much more that could be written about Kimball Hayden and his search for personal salvation.
Rick Jones keeps you interested all the way though the book. Your not sure what is coming next and who is the best person for the job. The Knights are a good group of men that do there job well. The story line was great and it hard to put the book down.
This continuing series nicely connects earlier stories to the original intent. Situations are current, threats are realistic and the resolution of the tale is believable within the context. A bit more complicated than earlier episodes but well worth the quick and entertaining read that it is. Reverence and reality are also suitably intertwined.
Kimball Hayden and the knights have their most dangerous and puzzling adventure yet. Shepherd One goes missing in a deep jungle.Three years later the Pope is shot by a very unusual assassin. The team ventures into the jungles of Brazil to absolve the mystery and neutralize the threat. This book is so exciting and not to be missed.
Story and series are good ideas, but there is way too much repetition. You could cut out about half the book by deleting information that gets repeated. Once you get rid of the parts that are not needed, then there needs to be more description of weapons, tech, and fight scenes.
