I love where the author is taking these characters. Lori is getting a backbone and standing up for herself. I'm so proud of her. I was a little mad at Troy for a little while, but he brought it home in the end. The uncle is hilarious. I wanted to hug Jason. He needs a hug. Charity and Marcus are so likable they are great friends to Lori. I can't wait for the continuation of this story. I love the pacing. Lori didn't just magically get over everything with her husband. If someone treated a person the way Shane treated her. I can imagine that it would be difficult to get over. I love that Troy is observant enough to know when to fall back. He's just what she needs. I want to see this couple make it and make some beautiful green eyed, dimpled, babies.Product details

Although I thought part one was good, part two made me wonder why I was reading it. I wanted to know what was going to happen between Troy and Laurie, but I wasn't expecting the unnecessary drama and unnecessary side plots/stories. I'm not sure if I will read part three.
This was absolutely a horrible book. I finished the first book thinking that somehow the second would be better....not, it got worse. Authors, please stop with these trilogies that could be told in one book. This book was filled with repetitive story line from the first book, I skipped through many pages. I hoped the third book is so much better, please stop with the main female character and her antics...it gets tiresome. I get she was abused, but why author do you immediately put her in a sexual relationship....one minute you got her strong the other weak...get it together.
L'oriel can't keep treating Troy like he Shane. I believe that he gonna pop up in part three to cause frame. It might be Brittany. Yes Charity is wrong and L'oriel doesn't agree with he she gonna have to learn. I hope that she doesn't get caught. Reggie has start trouble for Troy and now he gone. Jason got Mila pregnant. Someone his Uncle and Reggie had.
Awesome part 2. I can't wait for part 3. Excellent job, Renee. Lots of twists, turns, emotions and of course romance.
This book will keep you on the edge of your seat. A page turner, wasn't able to put it down. The book made me laugh, cry, fall in love, then get mad all over again.
This book got me on my toes it's getting real good. She needs to stop running and stop putting stuff from her first relationship towards this one. I'm ready for the next book
This book was better than the first. Troy needs to get his stuff together and communicate more with Loriel. They both have trust issues. Can't wait to see what happens next.
