You Can’t Kill All the Men is a business leadership book, aimed at women and men who sometimes do not communicate with one another effectively. Its primary target is women in business, but men also read it –or be given it. Since there are really no “new” business leadership concepts, this book is aimed at letting people discover for themselves some truths through both characters’ actions and thoughts * Because men and women think and communicate differently, care must be taken not to stereotype or pre-judge; * Too much contemplation of issues or people is probably as bad as too little; * Gender differences are real and recognizing them will enhance your success; and * It’s possible to learn and laugh at the same time!

OK, I'll admit it - I was given a copy in the hopes that I might offer a review. And, of course, to be absolutley honest, I'm married to one of the authors. That said, however, I still think I can be objective.I'm not one who has to deal with gender issues on a regular basis. But in my business, every once in a while, I do come in contact with members of the opposite sex. Even so, the information in this book is very helpful. Essentially the book is about gender leadership and how men and women communicate in different styles and process information in very different ways.
The book is very easy to read and doesn't really take very long. (Since I'm not a business person, I especially appreciated how easy it was to read. Don't expect it to put you to sleep!) YOU CAN'T KILL ALL THE MEN points out how men and women can be more effective leaders in any organization: the office, the club, the church and even, if you're creative, the home . There are also pretty good recipes in the book which provides a campy aspect to the entire project.
On a really bad day at the office, I give you permission to rewrite the title - YOU CAN'T KILL ALL THE MEN, EVEN THOUGH YOU WANT TO - then go ahead and read the book (again if necessary). I think you'll discover how to turn your day around.

I am sure most of you in the working world have come to the realization that men and women are uniquely different when it comes to management styles. If you want an easy read, if you want a few chuckles, if you want some yummy receipes, and more importantly if you want some insight into these differences YOU CAN'T KILL ALL THE MEN (Recipes for Business Leaders) AN EDIBLE FABLE is a must read. You will definitely come away with a better understanding of gender differences and should be able to use this knowledge to your advantage not only professionally but also in civic groups and even personally. Buy it and enjoy!
